It has always been a dream of mine to take the collective experiences I have had in the workers’ compensation managed care industry and apply those experiences to meet the highest standards possible.  

We started ManageWare because we wanted to create technology that was built from the ground up to allow full control of the entire managed care process.  I am fortunate to have experienced all aspects of the managed care continuum, including from my own perspective as a treating provider. Because of this I see a future where technology will enable greater collaboration between payers and providers where bill review is an exception process, instead of what it is today - a source of friction between all parties.

Last but not least, I want to give something back to an industry that has provided me with so many opportunities and so many life-long relationships.
